The city heard your call to Fund Parks!

There has been an outpouring of community support for parks funding in Culver City during the last month. Your emails to the city are being noticed, and the city is responding.

We have a lot to celebrate but parks need more now. This is the second year in a row the city has refused to hire an additional parks maintenance worker — and we can’t let them ignore us again.

Check out the graph below showing department budget winners and losers in the proposed FY2024-25 Culver City general fund budget up for approval on Monday.

The final step is the budget approval meeting on June 10 @ 7pm at City Hall. We’ll update you after the final vote, so please stay tuned!
